Accepted payment methods include Zelle, credit card, or ACH payments. Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be suspended until payments are made.

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and service needs. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property on the scheduled service date. You agree to notify A1 Property Pros of any hazards or issues that may impact the delivery of services.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

A1 Property Pros is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue. Certain services may have limitations due to environmental or structural conditions. A1 Property Pros is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may partner with third-party vendors to provide certain services, such as payment processing or specialized maintenance tasks. These vendors operate under their own terms and policies, and A1 Property Pros is not liable for their actions.
